At Kolorz, we strive on customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, or if the product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). If you feel that the items received do not meet your expectation, you may return the item in its original condition.
If you return the product to us for a reason other than a fault or defect, you will be required to pay for the return of the product to us.
Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor.
